9. Corner of Mann and Bundey's roads

The two largest trees near this corner are a Himalayan Cypress, and a massive sugar gum.

A metal maintenance shed on this corner was used by Prince Alfred College, and its Old Collegians Association.

Originally it housed a tractor but later was used for storage of sporting equipment associated with the College's use of the Oval.

It was scheduled for demolition in 2019 after construction of new sporting facilities, a few hundred metres west in this Park.
